Forest Pack Pro price changes

As from 20th March 2011, Forest Pack Pro will change its price policy to an annual subscription plan scheme. This new subscription system allows our clients to have predictable costs and guarantees continuous product support.

Subscription Benefits

During the subscription period the license holder will have he following benefits:

    * Automatic upgrades to the most up-to-date versions of the software, including major releases and patches.
    * Early access to Beta versions and the opportunity to test and suggest new features before they are included in the final release.
    * Premium technical support and prioritized incident management, including first response to your issues within 1 business day, and usually much faster than that.
    * Special subscriber-only promotions and discounts.

Price Changes

The individual license base price is reduced to 180€, and includes one year of free products upgrades and other benefits.

Before the subscription period ends, every license subscription must be renewed to continue receiving upgrades and the subscription benefits. The standard renewal price is 50€ per license seat and extends the subscription for one year. An extended subscription renewal for three years is also available for a reduced price of 40€ per year.

We also improved our volume discounts. For the purchase of two licenses, there is a 50% discount over the price of the second license. Purchasing three or more licenses you will have a 30% discount on the total price, so you pay for two licenses and the third license is almost free.

These prices are per unit, VAT taxes (where applicable) not included.

Subscriptions for current licenses

All current Forest Pack Pro 3.x users have a free subscription period of one year from the date of purchase. Users with licenses older than one year will need to purchase a subscription plan, in order to access to the latest upgrades and product versions.

In all cases, current registered users can download and use versions of the software published before the end date of their last subscription plan, and will continue to receive technical support. The subscription renewal is required only to download new versions and upgrades.

Ordering renewals

When the new prices become effective, a section in the User Panel will be available to list and manage your subscriptions, receive notifications, and facilities to place these orders.
