Title: HQ Catalog 1.3.0

This release fixes the catalog for HDFlowers 3. This add-on requires Forest Pack Lite/Pro 4.0.3 or later, and one or more of the HQPlants (http://www.itoosoft.com/hqplants.php) libraries.
