Title: Parking cars with Forest Pack tutorial
Post by: Paul Roberts on November 10, 2015, 01:07:14 PM

Like trees, vehicle models are often detailed with very high poly counts, making Forest Pack the perfect tool to add them to your scenes.  In this new tutorial (http://www.itoosoft.com/tutorials/tutorial_parking_cars.php) we explain how to prepare models, randomise colours and scatter vehicles to quickly fill roads and car-parks. You’ll learn 3 techniques to place cars: using areas and built in or custom distribution maps, positioning at regular intervals along splines or on vertices, and finally using markers created using RailClone. To conclude the tutorial we demonstrate how to fine-tune a scene by editing individual cars.
