Can't find Forest Pro 3 in the utilities panel

I watched the Instancing video, but I can't find a Forest Pro 3 in the utilities panel or list. Does that only come with the full version? Or do I have to have Vray?

Does it make a seperate object of every tree, and collect them into a group? That's the way it appeared.

Yes, it creates for each tree a copy (instance) of the object used as source... but this tool only comes with Forest Pack Pro.
