Sorry, but we cannot reproduce in our systems the problem that you describe. It would be specific to your configuration, an incompatibility with another plugin or by any other cause.

If you send us the minidump file created by Max on crash, we can debug it and get more information about the problem.

Next time Max crashes, you can find the minidump by opening cmd.exe and running:

dir %tmp%\*.*dmp

The file will probably be: 3dsmax_minidump.dmp

Please send it to support@itoosoft.com, or upload it here so we can have a look.

The minidump file shows that you are using Forest Pack Pro 3.3, not Lite. Can you explain this ?

If you use unauthorized versions of our Pro products that have been modified, you can get unexpected behaviours and crashes. Futhermore, Forest Pro 3.3 is an obsolete version that doesn't support Max 2011.
