Title: Forest pack objects not appearing in 3ds max correctly

They appear as these rectangular planes.They also show up in renders the same way.

Hi,

Could you please provide more details about the issue? Are you using Custom Object(s) or Template(s)? Which renderer are you working with? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
