newtork rendering with pro & lite

Hi,

If we buy a copy of pro for one machine, can all the others which have lite installed render it ok?

I'm hoping you dont need to buy copies of pro for each rendering machine basically.

I'm ready to by a copy of Pro as soon as I have this confirmed, as I am very impressed with this plugin.

Hi,

Forest Pro must be installed all rendering machines, but the render nodes don't need a license. There is a specific option in the setup program for slave nodes. Of if you want to install it manually, the procedure is described here (Network rendering section):
