Is it possible to use a rectangle spline with curves inthe z axis and have the geometry follow the Z axis? currently it stay at the highest point. i saw other threads but they seemed to not answer with anything i could understand.

Hi,
You can follow the Z position of separate sub splines, but the resultant scatters would be planar areas. For anything non-planar you'd need to use a surface.
Cheers,
