trees are horizontal in some frame

hello, my office was rendering an animation.network render via backburner.
 suddenly when nobody watching(!) some frames got lying trees. re rendering them got everything fine. but we cant understand the source problem.
they were rendering via 3.4 render node license.i attached two subsequent frame where only camera animates.

Please, send us a stripped scene including Forest and related objects (spline, light, camera and so), for checking the problem.

thanks.
i will trying to send the file soon.though i think its hardly  a file issue.
as long we monitor them via remote desktop, the renders are fine.
when we see a error being rendered , we restrt the Backburner server ,then the same frame renders ok.
the forest scene file is xref-ed in the main file.
windows 6 64 bit.
max2009 64 bit
vray sp4

we guessed it could be an power saving issue where some service are turned off by window when console are empty.just an idea.

We have found a bug in Forest 3.4, that in very specific circumstances, would be triggering this problem. A patch will be released n the next days, with this and other minor issues fixed.
