Trees disappearing issue

We would like to thank you for a wonderful forest pack pro software. It is an outstanding platform for vegetation thank you for taking the industry to the new level.

My name is Hitesh Gaikwad working as technical director in the company, we are strict multi scatter users but last week one of UK based friend told me about forest pack pro since then we are running some trail and error process with FP pro.

We have found the software very useful and in our budget but the problem is we are not able to render animation properly after few frames some forest objects disappears and it is random for ex. at frame 27 Forest006 disappears same thing is happening with all forest objects in the scene at random frames. After hitting the cancel render button it says "some forest were not built correctly in the last render" The names of the forest objects are also mentioned in the error.

If itoo has fixed this bug we would like to buy the software for 4 workstations.
But first we have to be sure that the forest pack works fine with walkthrough animation.

Earliest action in this regards will be highly appreciable.
We are going to start a new project so we have to decide the pipeline asap whether to work with FP or MS.

Hi,

Thanks for provided scene. After analysing it, we can confirm, that's a licensing issue (this kind of problems are specific for non-legitimate licences). It might happen while working with scenes that have been created or edited using unauthorized versions of Forest. I'm just sending you more details and instructions by e-mail.

Hi,

As mentioned, in the e-mail: "I'm afraid the only way is to delete all the Forest objects from it and recreate them. Trying to move the settings from this scene can cause instability and possible future issues."

Please follow steps described previously to get rid of that non-legitimate license. That'll fix it.

As you mentioned in your mail that the non-legitimate licence is causing the issue but i cant find the licence folder (Start Menu->Itoo Software->Forest Pack Pro->License Manager)

If this is licensing issue i'll buy a FPP today but what assureties do i have my scene will render properly after getting a licence. We cannot afford to recreate the scene again and again. The big problem is it is happening with the lite version also. Do you think the lite version has also licencing issue

If we delete all the grass from the scene then it renders fine with the trees. and if we delete trees from the scene then the grass renders fine. keeping both together grass and trees it disappears and the F icon comes after canceling the render. General rollout stats doesn't show anything. Please help Mr. Karmazín , Are you sure if we delete all the forest and recreate them will solve the problem. Because its really time consuming. we installed the lite version and rendered the scene but the same thing is happening. You have our scene with you can you try with the live version. Please help Mr.Karmazín

No, that doesn't work. To check that everything is right on your side, you have to recreate all Forest objects in the scene, using FPL or a valid license and send us the file.

Thanks for immediate reply sir. i'll buy one licence copy as of now and recreate all the forest and if it happens again i will send you the file. so basically your are saying all the issues are related to licence. after reopening the file all the forest disappear issue and rendering issues all are related to licence. if i get any problems after buying the license i will post it in FPP forum
