Disappearing trees
« on: September 19, 2015, 10:31:19 AM »
Hi,

I have the same problem as in this post:
http://forum.itoosoft.com/index.php?topic=2371.0

I can see the [F] , edit it, but if i try to detach and reconnect to the surface nothing appears.
Did not happen with all objects, just some, but i have to recreate from scratch.... and my deadline is becoming very close.

It happens with custom objects as well as internal libraries.

- max 2015 sp3, forest 4.4.1, Vray 2.50.01, raiclone 2.50 -

Thanks for all suggestions.
M.

I'm sorry, some days ago happened to internal libraries as well, now just with forest objects having custom models inside.

I found some "far" isolated vertices in surfaces showing that problem. Don't know if it helps.

I guess isolated vertices should not be a problem. Anyway, please send us a simplified scene to support@itoosoft.com and we'll check it.

Thanks,

Hi,
Thanks. It's getting me crazy because every time i re-.open the scene i have to redo these parts. Seems that happens only on 2-3 objects. I will send just those parts.

For example in the image attached trees should cover all the surface... not like this. When i created it worked perfectly.
