Title: 4.0.3 Installation Error

I just downloaded and began to install 4.0.3 (I am upgrading from 4.0.1 using 3DS Max Design 2013 64 Bit) and received an error - see image.
What should I do?

Please be sure Max is not running. Usually this error happens when Max has the plugin loaded and locked.
