Missing Bitmaps in FPP

Hi,

I'm having issues with missing bitmaps for the Library Presets.

I've never seen this before and I've searched for the bitmaps but cannot find them anywhere on my hard disk.

Furthermore, I'm using the latest version of FPP, I'm on 3ds Max 2019.2, Windows 10.

Please see attached screen grab showing a simple preset Grass from FPP.   The same issue happened when I chose the Maple Tree (lots of missing bitmaps there too).

You might want to make sure of the following

That the directories for the maps, have been included in the Configure Users Paths > External files dialog

for example

C:\Program Files\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\distmaps\images
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\maps
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\maps\Presets

I searched for many of the maps you say are not on your harddrive and found them
If they truly are missing from the default directories, then you've got a problem.. and if that is the case, I'll leave this with the iToo guys, as I am sure they will be able to sort it for you

FC1888 is correct. Folders must be in the External files dialog list.

The list can be populated by ForestPack plugin automatically.
Most likely OP disabled this function in previously.

Please check this folder if it has Your mentioned files:
%localappdata%\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib\Presets\Layered_Lawns\maps

If it does not You will need to redownload assets using update manager.
If it does then all right, proceed with further information below:

Please check this thread how to reenable feature that collects folders to "External Files list".

It's working now and I can confirm those maps are now there.
