Title: About Cloud Servers

I moved my server to the cloud (Azure) and the Autodesk products are recognized correctly, but the licenses for both FP and RC are interrupted. Are FP and RC currently compatible with cloud servers? If so, what is the best solution?

I'm sorry but our licensing system is not compatible with cloud servers.

It uses several hardware IDs to authorize the license. Usually cloud servers run over virtual machines, and hardware ID may be different each time VM is launched.
