small bug in custom edit mode

Hi,
I found small bug.
I will try to explain.
Let's say I have 3 objects in geometry list - M1, M2, M3. I populate objects manually in custom edit mode. And I made all items to be M2.
If I remove M1 from the geometry list  - all items become M3.
So forest do not keep link to M2. It just thinks all models are number 2 from the list.

Hi,

You're right. Indexes aren't reorganised after adding / deleting items. We'll check what can be done to avoid this kind of behaviour for the future release.
