Is it possible to turn FP on and off in animation? Thanks

No, You can only adjust its visibility using standard max methods- like animating Objects visibility setting:

Yes, this solution also occurred to me. Unfortunately, in this case it is actually only hidden and the FP is still in memory and all preprocesses are in progress. We will continue to shut down manually. Thanks

You can use another 3ds max standard tool - Sequencer. That should save memory resources.
