Problems with xref Forest

Hi there,

We have this strange issue popping up when we are rendering Forest that is linked in as xRef.
The issue is not related to a specific computer as the fault jumps from computer to computer. I have attached two images, where everything except the grass is xrefed into the scene. Grass is always visible but all the other elements is disappearing every now and then when we are rendering.

We have checked the license server and that is running as it should. All the computers has the same Forest version. In the first image you can see that every Forest element has been rendered perfectly fine, but in the two other ones they are missing. Everything except grass is xref by Forest.

How do we go ahead and troubleshoot this?

I am sorry to hear You are facing these issues. It is impossible to debug from just this information.

Please try to replicate the issue on minimal scene- preferably reproducible on single PC. Then send us the misbehaving scene.
