Hi.

Our team have problem with forest.  All 3ds , forest vray in same version. All project working fine except one project error when  open: Application error : An error has occurred and the application will now close. We try remove forestpack (ForestPackPro.dlo) in 3ds max 2021 install location\ plugin then file can open normal. Please help us or give us some advise!

Update : Our PC hardware: AMD ryzen 9 5950x VGA 2060 RAM 64 GB . Software: 3ds max 2021.3.2 Vray 5.10.1 Forest 7.1.2

Hi,

Please send us the minidump (https://forum.itoosoft.com/faq/getting-the-max-minidump-file/) file which Max generates after the crash.

Anyway, i suggest to update Forest to the latest release before.
