hello,
vray 3-60-04 shows the AO of the edge cuttet object.
so far it is all right, the objects gets cut at the edge, but its wrong that i see the AO of the rest of the object that got cut away

problem of FP 5-4-0  or Vray?

Hi. Info from FAQ about edge mode:
b) Under V-Ray render settings, increase Global switches->Max transp. levels (default value is 50). Sometimes may be necessary to modify Secondary rays bias also.

Please try this.

you need to activate work with transparency on vraydirt material.

that did the trick.
