Urgent License Issue

Hi Team

I sent a mail last week about some issues we're having. I had a response on Monday, asking for more info, which I provided. Havent heard back since then.

In a nutshell the license server says one of our licenses is out of subscription (expired November), however in our Itoo Panel online on your site all our licenses are current and active (this specific one was renewed beginning January)

Please respond to my mail...
