How to fix this?

Hi,

If you used vraydirt for the ground materials, try enabling the 'ignore invisible object' option in vraydirt. If that doesn't work, another solution is to increase the value of global switches>max transp. levels in the render settings.

As Arslan mentioned, increasing the Global switches - Max transp. levels value should resolve the issue.
