Quick Presets

What would be really nice to have is a toolbar button for "Quick Presets". Say for instance I've selected a ground plane for grass to be scattered. With quick presets I could activate the tool and select from a list of Presets (that I've added to the list with an option in the library or something). I select standard grass and voila I have grass in 4 clicks without the wait of menus loading scrolling and looking for the right template and clicking 4 times as much.

I can confirm, that we are planning to enhance our Library Browser and most probably it'll require to completely rewrite the Library Browser's code. We add your suggestion to the wish-list and evaluate the possibility of implementing it. Thanks a lot for your feedback, it's very important to us.

That's great to hear. Thank you. Concerning the library, because I'm planning to create some standard presets for our inhouse team: if I create them now, will they become obsolete and will I have to recreate them or will they work in the new library as well?

Yes, they will work. We'll keep the compatiblity with all existing libraries.
