Hi,

Because of the WSAETIMEDOUT 10060 Connection timed out (A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or the established connection failed because the connected host has failed to respond) error you get, it looks like a connection problem (most probably caused by a firewall / anti-virus blocking it).

Please, double check all firewall / anti-virus solutions you are using - the port 16720 on your license server & all involved computers have to be open both for TCP and UDP.

The problem was caused by the anti-virus
