Title: Cannot find a license

It shows up in the license manager, but not in 3dsMax.

Sorry, my fault. I added a wrong link to the support form. This is (https://secure.itoosoft.com/userpanel/contact_form.php) the right one.
Once logged, using the login credentials included with your license, it lets you to attach files.

The other support form is public, only for generic questions and doesn't allow attachments.

Our support team will attend you ticket as soon as possible.
