change geometry
« on: March 14, 2019, 12:13:02 PM »
Greetings.
I built a forest consisting of 1000 boxes. Each box represents a chair.
The forest in custom edit.
Now I want to change the chairs and put five models of different people instead of.
What is the best way to do this as quickly as possible, and not to select each box individually and put the model instead of (there are 1000).

Thanks

Hi,

Once you‘ll have these five models imported (for example, by the Add Multiple Custom Objects feature) in Forest's Geometry list, you can select all distributed items (boxes) from the items sub-object level and hit the Items Editor > Properties (selected) > Randomize. That should do the trick. Hope that helps.

Best regards,
