Title: Convert Forest Ivy to Mesh

How do we go about converting Forest Ivy to mesh without it messing up?  This is pretty urgent .....

Or how do I 'trim' it to an exact shape

It is very easy to have Ivy displayed as a classic mesh and then convert it to a mesh. You just must not have PointCloud or QuickMesh displayed.

Interesting so my Ivy is set to 'Mesh' but when I convert to mesh I get this
