« on: August 25, 2020, 03:22:00 PM »
Hi,

please is there any simple way how to find out which ID in material is what geometry from forest? Its really annoying to test this in IPR if change made to material really affect tree I want. I think there must be a way how to exactly said this tree is ID 4 or something. But I cant find it. Is there please any way? And if not, can you make some? Thank you.

That depends on how You use materials/objects. There is no one way how they are used.

I thought ForestPack handle it the same every time. When I add more then one object, Forest make multisub object material with materials from all objects. With more objects it starts to be complicated to know what is what. There should be a simple solution.

It creates internal automat mateterial. You should not touch that material. You should edit Your geometry's material directly.
