6.3.1 Forest Color to Control leaf opacity - doesnt work anymore

Hi Guys

With VRay Next (4.30.02), seems this trick doesnt work anymore. This use to work just fine, but I cant get it to do anything and I dont know what I'm missing. On geometry leaves you just stick this inthe opacity slot.
If you had ana opacity map for the leaves, that would go in slot 1

IN the attach screenshot for example, I'm suppose to only be getting 10% leaves.....
