Title: Distribution Cluster - Shades of Colors?
Post by: AldingerWolf on April 04, 2014, 10:55:36 AM
Hello,

I am scattering a forest using the Cluster function (which is brilliant by the way) and I was wondering if it is using some sort of threshold for the colors you assign in the clusters.
I have quite a lot of different trees in my forest. There are about 5 species with 5 different trees for each species. 2 species are broadleaf trees and the other 3 are fir trees.
I assigned two shades of greens to the broadleafs and 3 shades of blue to the fir trees.

No is Forest Pack interpreting them as if they were 5 comepletly different colors? or does it use the 2 greens to create clusters of those more likely to be together?
I hope it's clear what I'm trying to ask, if not, I'll try to explain it better ;)

If it does not work like this at the moment: would it be possible to implement some kind of threshold feature in the cluster rollout?

kind regards,
Christian
