Tree Editor suggestion

When "editing" trees..

if you have "limit to visibility"  on, and you switch to a top view and then enable the tree editor, trees that have been culled by the camera position are gone and no longer part of the . This may occur from the camera view as well.. I didn't test it.

You may have to disable the camera culling and re-enable it after the sub-object editing is turned off?

This should be the default behaviour, but by some reason is not working well in the latest release (we just realized it now).

Please, hold on. I am checking what is the problem.

Ok, anyways we just found and fixed the problem. The fix will be included in the next release.
