Title: Downloading default library via Update Manager

I have no idea why I cannot download forest pack default library with full speed, may be our internet service issue, but I'm in trouble downloading everything from itoo software official link, even forest pack installer from my product list. I got only around 12kb/s and download down time several time. Now I'm trying to download the library with Update Manager with 12kb/sec. Is there any mirror download link of library ? Some body please help me, I need mirror link for those library.

Could you let us know which country you are downloading from so we can check the status of our CDN.

Hi Paul;

having same issue here. very slow download speed [ 6 kbps ] while on other website n activity my download speed is normal [ around 150 mbps ]

im living in indonesia. is there's problem with the CDN?

We have conducted some testing, and the service seems to be quite stable - we have tested the download speed from multiple locations and can confirm that the download speed might be around 100 Mbps. We are continuously monitoring the traffic.

Would you mind trying to use a VPN to see if there's any difference?
