Error 15

Hello, I'm updating the FP and RC and this time wanted to set library path to a network path. Everything was ok until it reached The3dGarde package, it stopped with Error 15: We can't verify the package checksum.
My internet is ok, disks are ok, licenses ok...
How to resolve this?

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're facing these troubles. Please double-check, that there's enough space on the unit, optionally try to set another folder under Update Manager's Preferences > Packages Cache > Select folder.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I suggest proceeding with the following steps:
  • Check the path under Update Manager's Preferences > Packages Cache.
  • Close the Update Manager.
  • Remove all the content from the folder found in the first step / the default one:
    C:\Users\<yourUsername>\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Update Manager\downloads
  • Reset the Update Manager by deleting the following file and download these again:
    C:\Users\<yourUsername>\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\itoosoft_packages.ini

Thank you Michal.

I have resolved the issue by changing the location of the folder. It was same disk (space was not an issue).
I have also set different folder for downloaded packages. Previously I used same folder both for packages and installation.
