Hello everyone. Did anyone encounter this message with Forest Ivy? Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What Forest version do you use ? And what render engine ?
Please note that Ivy library requires the stable Forest release. It would cause errors with previous betas.

What Max version ? What render engine ?

Also please send us the log file you can find at C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\<max version>\ENU\temp\PortableMatlib.log.

We cannot reproduce the problem, using FP 9.1.1, Max 2024 and Corona 11 hotfix 2.

Please, can you check in Update Manager if 'Climbing Plants' is updated to version 9.0.4 ?
You must enable View->Installed Packages to see it.

Hello yes everything seems to be the same number in terms of versions. What else can it be? How can we setup a zoom call and share screen?

I'm sorry but we provide support only by e-mail or forum.

What is strange in this case, is that entries in the log file are for Arnold materials, not Corona.

Please, try this:

- Delete the PortableMatlib.log file, to be sure it doesn't include old entries.
- Create a ForestIvy object in a new fresh scene.
- Load some Ivy preset and send us the new log file, if any.

Ok, so for anyone encountering the same issue this is what worked for me.

1. Delete PortableMatlib file located here ---> C:\Users\YOUR_FOLDER\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2024 - 64bit\ENU\temp

2. Open a fresh max scene and convert it right away to Corona using the Corona Scene Converter.

3. Create a Forest Ivy and it should work. Cheers support team for the assistance!

You need to upgrade to the latest release (v9.1.3).
We introduced several changes while the beta, and library format is not compatible with initial beta plugins.
