Exclude Object Resolution - Strange results

I followed your FPP/RC tutorial to do a pavement with grass inside.

The problem I have is the resolution I can set for the object exclusion. With 8k res I get nice grass inside the holes on the left but nothing on the left.
To show the problem I also made a screenshot with 256px resolution. Both are messed up.

Using last FPP version with Octane Render.
