**BUG** Forest Pack

Problem:
When the Instantiate button in pressed in ForestTools it places the objects in the current layer instead of the native layer where the ForestPack Generator is in.

For Reference:
In Railclone when the Instantiate button is pressed in RailClone Tools the objects go directly in the layer that the RailClone generator is in. This is correct.
