Title: Feature Request: Scale multiplier by Area

Hi there, right now we can scale by area but only with falloff, long ago this was requested as a new feature, I want to bring this again hoping that this could be added.

Hi,

We will see what can be done in future version(s), keeping in mind what we have mentioned in this related post (https://forum.itoosoft.com/forest-pro-(*)/feature-request-scale-multiplier-by-area/msg16604/#msg16604): "... our intention would be to try to simplify the UI, as it already might look for some users quite complex. Currently, it's possible to archive it easily by using two Forest objects ...".

Apart from having two individual Forest objects, you can "duplicate" used items, scale them as needed, and use the Select models feature to pick corresponding items for such a Spline Areas or using the Effects (https://docs.itoosoft.com/forestpack/forest-plugin/effects) feature for these purposes.
