Title: forest colour on instances?

I noticed that forest colour can now be used to randomize colour for non forest pack scatters. but does it work on manually scattered instances? i'm having no luck.

Forest Color does indeed work on objects outside of Forest Pack BUT there is a small bug in the current stable built that has broken it. We're working on it and it should be fixed in the next release.

would downgrading to an earlier verision fix this? and which version would this work with?
