Forest Library not Work With Connecter app open

Hi I use the last forest pack pro 9.3 and i have problem with the forest library. When open the library all assets appears loading in black anda i cant close or select any of the assets in the library. And its not with all the proyects. In the video you can see i try to select, and close and nothing happen.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with it. So far, we haven't received any similar reports regarding the Library Browser. Did the problem start occurring after a recent update? You also mentioned that “... it’s not with all the projects.” Could you please clarify this in more detail? Does the problem appear with a specific library, or only in certain scenes? Hi. This happens with some scene only and begin. When i create a new scene all works fine. But in some scenes after work for many hour when i try to do or open other scene with models inside some times dosn't work. In the Attachment i put the same scene am using in the video for test.

Thank you for providing all the additional details. This shouldn’t be related to the scene itself, but it might be connected to the connector application or how it interacts with 3ds Max. Have you tried closing the connector application to see if that makes any difference? Are you able to reproduce the problem without using the connector application?

Hi. Yes is a problem with Connecter. I think in this machine the integratation whith 3dsmax are broken because i try in my other machine and all work fine with the connecter app. Thanks for the help.
