Hello
I would like to create a forest of people sitting on chairs; These people would be randomly selected from the geometry list.
To do this, I created a group containing a forest of my peoples and a chair on which this forest positions a person.
Then I created a second forest of this group, unfortunately when I distribute this group, I always have the same person sitting. Is there a trick to achieve what I want?
Here is a snapshot of what I tried to do.
Thank you for your help

For this effect You can use 2 ForestPack objects with same distribution settings.
One For Chair and one for People:

Hope this helps

Thank you Rokas,
the goal is to create a single forest that I can easily custom edit.
I did differently by grouping a character with a proxy of the chair, then I added all those groups in my forest.
Unfortunately forest does not take into account the group, only the character and ignores the chair. Is there a reason for this?

To add group tp FP open it and when adding click bounding box. This way it will add the group instead of node You directly clicked.

it is what I m doing but it does not work. I think I found why : If the chair is a corona proxy, it does not work (full mesh or point cloud). If the chair is not a corona proxy but a mesh, it works.
I'm using max 2019.2, last version of forest and corona 3. Is it something normal?

Does it still happen with 2019.3 ?
If it does please upload Your file.
I can't reproduce this issue.
