Forest Pack 4.37 3ds max 2014 Crashes often

Hi,

I am a recent new user of Forest pack 4.37, until now I have rarely encountered crashes in 3ds max 2014 (SP5) ...until I started using Forest pack!

It seems to crash on me at least 3 or 4 times a day. I can't isolate what the issue is, its not at rendertime...but normally just working on the scene its simply selecting the forest object in my scene...sometimes editing something. Every time recovery  fails to save the scene if given the option, which is probably about half the time.

 I am working on some rather large scenes with about 5 FP objects in the scenes often, but I would have thought this was pretty common. i am using a combo of custom objects and FP presets.

System specs: Windows 7 x64 32gb RAM, GTX 970, i7 5820K

Hi, apologies by that. Currently there are not known issues that would cause those crashes.
Please, send us the minidump file generated on crashing to support@itoosoft.com. It may help us to identify the problem.

We in our office have the same problem but with max 2015.

Also sended the minidump to support. Probably it's a windows related problem. It stops when reinstalling windows but re-occurs after some time

Hi, we have checked your minidump, but it seems a different issue from MH1560. We are investigating it.
