We have purchased a FP Stand Alone License and installed FP on a work Render computer where 2 colleagues’ seat alternately depending on the project (let’s call them User1 and User2). We have installed the program using the User1 credentials and everything works fine. When User2 seats on the SAME computer with his credentials the FP shows the geometry (shape) but doesn’t display the texture of the asset.
We tried changing the library path for User2 pointing to where the FP is installed for User1 (c:\users\user1\AppData\Local\Itoo Software\Forest Pack Pro\lib) but for some materials we get the message I am attaching. Of course if I browse to the specified path I can see that the file exists.
When we browse the library we can see the materials correctly.
I have also installed the program again and downloaded everything for User2 as well. Logged in and updated all materials but the problem remains.
I have contacted itoosoft support and provided screenshot of registry values and FP preferences and installation and lib paths are correct.
Anyone has an idea how can I make FP work for the second user as well?
