Hello! I am a new user of Forest Pack Pro. Love it! I import my architectural drawings into Max Design 2012 from REVIT. When I want to add individual trees or plants via the "Custom Edit" command, the trees/plants do not find the surface.  :-\  They get inserted to "0" height in the Max File. (About 100' below my typical site elevation) The glue command does not resolve it. QUESTIONS: (1) Is there a method that I am not aware of that makes this work better? (2) Is the problem due to the fact that I am bringing in the surface from REVIT? (I suspect not, because when I use the "Generate" command, Forest Pack Pro does a great job of finding the surface.)
Thank you!

Please be sure that the "Surface->Custom Edit Mode->Link to Surface" checkbox is on (you can find it at the bottom of the Surface rollout). If this option is enabled, the trees are sticked to the surface. Alternatively, you can align the selected items clicking the "Place Trees" button.

If it doesn't work, please send us a test scene for checking.

Thank you for the very fast response. How can I send you my file? (I need to have it remain private)
Thanks again,
