Forest Pack Pro License Not found

We've recently purchased 4 floating licenses of Forest Pro and RailClone. After following the installation instructions, we installed fine the license server, activated our seats for both plugins and installed the plugins on our workstations and everything was working fine. Well Until one day we started getting the following message:

"Forest Pack cannot find a license server in the network. Please contact with your network administrator"

It does the same thing for RailClone. And on all workstations.

I checked on the server that the license server is running and it is. I tried stopping and running it again, nothing changes.  The license manager does say that both Forest and RailClone are activated but no computers show in the Computers tab.

PS. We haven't done any changes to our firewall settings

Please try to set the IP of the server rather than finding it automatically. This can be done using the "Change License Mode" wizard (you can find it at Start Menu->Itoo Software->Forest Pack Pro)

If the issue still persist, try using a TCP scanning tool (as nmap) to test the server port from a workstation. In this way:

nmap -p 16720 <your-server-address>

It should return the following result:

16720/tcp open  unknown
