Hi
Quite often, when pressing the Library button in FP or the Style Editor in RC, Max freezes and doesn't wake up. We have to force close Max and this means us losing work.
It was only since we have updated FP or RC that this has happened. It's affecting people randomly at different times.
Any idea why?

If there is no *.dmp file then You can generate minidump Yourself using process explorer (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer)
During the freeze, run the Process Explorer, find the "3dsmax.exe" process, select it, go to Process > Create Dump > Create Minidump... and save the file.

Compress it and send (https://forum.itoosoft.com/faq/how-to-send-a-file-to-itoo-software/) using wetransfer or similar sharing site. We will take a look into it.
Please make sure You are using 3dsmax with latest service pack. Otherwise we can't analyze it.

We could identify an old bug, which was causing the freezing bug when Library Browser is opened.
We have sent a custom patch to iCreateLtd. If other customers have the same problem, please contact us with our support team (https://www.itoosoft.com/contact).
The fix will be included in the next Forest and RailClone updates.
