Forest Pack requires an updated license

Help!!!!!
we updated Forest to 5.3 this morning, all machines now lost their network licenses (see attached screenshot)
"Forest Pack requires an updated license"
License server 1.2 is running 12 licenses, everything green there.

edit: all licenses are active, running to Dec 2017, but in the license server the subscription end ist different, some licenses valid only until 2016, could this be the problem? But since yesterday everything was working fine....

edit: all Railclone 2.7 licenses working fine

Hi Matthias,

Sorry to hear you're facing these troubles. That sounds like, you didn't paste "renewal keys", so your licenses weren't successfully re-activated. Please open the License Manager and click on Add... button and paste your license keys. This will update the subscription end date and should fix it.

Michal, thanks a lot for the fast reply - hmmm, the "renewal keys" were sent with the email or do I have to use the "resend keys" in my itoosoft user panel for ALL licenses step by step?

Michal, everything seems to be fine again, used the renewal keys, activation period is now updated in the license manager and the workstations are running again

Hi,

These which the Subscription End date doesn't match between the User Panel & License Details window. Anyway, we've just resend you all your license codes.
