Title: Forest Pro 4.01 License Issues

We have gone up to FPpro 4.01 but our license server 1.12 is still showing FPpro 3 for all 5 licenses. I have tried sending request for new licenses but no response or email. Can you PLEASE respond or send new licenses for 4.01 ASAP as we have projects due out today ?

Don't worry about that label, it is only a cosmetic problem that will be solved in a next release of the License Server. The licenses codes for both versions are exactly the same, you only have to check that the software publishing date is previous of your subscription end date. I've checked all your licenses and have valid subscription for Forest Pack 4.

I just processed your request for resend-keys. Unfortunately this procedure is not yet automatic and needs human intervention. Due time zone differences the support requests from Australia it can delay up some hours (we are based in Europe), please apologize for the inconveniences.
