Sorry to hear you're facing these troubles. I would suggest you set the
IP of the licensing server "manually" rather than finding it automatically. That can be done during the installation or by using the
"Change License Mode" wizard after setting Network license mode in the
Configure the Network License window.
In case, you'll be still facing troubles with it, please
enable the debug mode in the License Server and
send us the log file from the
Itoo Software License Manager -
License Server tab -
View Log... to analyze it here.
