Animation offsets Issue
« on: June 10, 2013, 06:17:46 PM »
Hi all,

I just started using the forest pack and I had a question regarding animation offsets. I am using a custom object of 120 frames. Its two objects that come together and bind. I am trying to create some large offsets so that  when I reach the end some of animations should just be starting and some are halfway through but what I am getting is that all of them finish at the same time. I have set the animation to random samples and set the samples to time offset 30 and  count 4. which should give me 4 loops of 30 frame offset as I understand. But I dont seem to be getting enough offset.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

Please, be sure the Custom Object has a loop animation. Forest gets the animation samples directly from the Max keyframes, it doesn't generate a loop by itself.

Usually you must adjust the Out-Of-Range curves in the Track view, to get the loop effect.
