Title: ForestPro dispaears when exporting to unrealengine

Hi,
as i said in topic title, i don't know why but my forestPro dissapears when i export to unreal 5.2
See screenshot please.
Because it's little bit boring to reopen scene just each time for new import.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear, you are facing trouble with it. I've done some tests with the Datasmith Exporter, but I can't reproduce any similar troubles. Are you using the File Export > Export / Export Selected or the Direct Link feature?

As you’re using the Points Cloud viewport mode please feel free to “change” the Style - Small Dot / Large Dot mode to “refresh” the viewport once the object disappears.

using Files Export - Export Selected
Recorded a small vidéo if it help (just cutted the exporting time wich i around 2 mn on my old workstation)

We’ve done some additional testing here, but in our scenes, we don’t face this issue. Would you mind specifying your actual software configuration (3ds Max, FP & renderer versions used)? Also, as it might be triggered to some specific setting(s), if possible, please send us (https://forum.itoosoft.com/faq/how-to-send-a-file-to-itoo-software/) your scene (ideally simplified and containing just this problematic object(s)) and we'll check it. no problem to send scene file...
Spec..3dsmax 2023/corona 10/ FP 8.2.1 /windows10
Need to move right now..but if it's ok will upload this week end.

Scene file sent via wetransfer.
Really hope it came from your side :) ...
1/to not waste ur time
2/to improve forest to unreal in, case some people have same problem
3/to not spend hours to search from my side :)
