FP7: Scrollbar, Library reset

Thanks for the nice new releases and especially the very useful hedges presets. I also really like the Octane Render Support there saving me a bunch of time converting it all manually.

But I got two issues/suggestions:

1. The scroll bar is really tiny. I'm using two large displays for work and the library scroll bar is very small and on the far right of my workspace. Could you guys make it at least 20% larger?
2. The library zooming/position is resetting itself after each new start of 3ds max. So I have to adjust my zoom again with every start.

I just forgot another thing.

I can't disable the forest and railclone toolbar for ages. Did an intensive search here and made a custom one, edit the registry but nothing helps. It comes back with each restart.

These attached registry files should disable/enable them.
If that does not help, please tell, which MAX version are You using.
